Refresher Zooms

Dopamine-rich glittery tasks are just great, aren't they? Yes, but.. it's the jobs we procrastinate over, the unappealing ones, that we crack on with in our Refreshers. They’re the fizz that give you whizz! Refresher Zoom calls are held at 2pm most Tuesdays.

First Time?

Your first Refresher Zoom is a freebie. Simply click ‘book’ by the Refresher Zoom session you’d like to book onto and at checkout use code ‘FIRST-REFRESHER’ for the first session on me.

If you are one of my ADHD Life Coaching clients, the Refresher Zooms are free for you. To book onto the sessions, you’ll need to use the code I’ve given to you for this.

 FAQs

  • This is your time to tackle the yucky jobs you normally avoid—emails, admin, laundry piles—whatever needs to shift. You’ll be amazed how much gets done with quiet and friendly company. You get a zoom link (with reminders!), we gather, say a quick hello, tell the others what we’ll be working on and then settle into focused and companionable silence. I’ll gently bring you back into the world a couple of minutes before the end.

  • Each Refresher Zoom lasts an hour and a half. Long enough to get stuck in and make a real difference but short enough not to put you off joining us!

  • Yes — and it works! Cameras on, mics off. No pressure to chat, just the gentle accountability of being with others while you work.

  • If you can make it before 10 past 2, that’s fine. Just make sure you are muted when you come in and wave to anyone who notices.

  • No problem. Wave to anyone who notices and just pop out quietly. The session is there to support you, not stress you out!

  • Absolutely! While they’re designed with ADHD brains in mind, anyone who struggles with focus or motivation is more than welcome.

  • Choose a session day, click book, and at checkout use the code FIRST-REFRESHER.

  • Yes please! Seeing friendly, focused faces helps create that gentle accountability.

  • You can if you like! It’s good fun to hold up a pile of unruly papers at the beginning and show off what remains at the end, but there’s no obligation.

  • No, we’ve found that a check-in would tempt us to get distracted! However, it’s amazing how quick an hour and a half goes by when you’re in ‘the zone’.

  • Just Zoom and a stable internet connection. You’ll receive the link when you book, and a couple of reminders too.

  • Life is unpredictable. You can reschedule if you give 24 hours’ notice - or just let it go and try again next time. Absolutely no guilt allowed!


  • How to book individual sessions

    • Choose your preferred time slot from the available options.

    • Click the button that says 'select and continue'.

    • On the next page, enter the relevant code:

      • If this is your first session, use the code 'FIRST-REFRESHER' to get it for free.

    • If you have purchased a package of 15 Refresher Zooms, enter your package code.

  • How to book multiple sessions by Selecting Each Time Individually

    • Choose the time slot you want for your first session.

    • Click the button that says 'select and add another time'.

    • This will take you back to the availability calendar. Select the time slot for your next desired session.

    • Repeat step 2 and 3 for all the individual sessions you want to book.

    • Once you have selected all your desired times, click 'continue' and follow the on-screen booking instructions.

  • Setting Up a Recurring Session

    • Select the next available session time.

    • Click the button that says 'select and make recurring'.

    • You will then be prompted to set the recurrence. Select 'repeat every tuesday'.

    • Indicate the total number of sessions you would like to book.

    • Click 'see availability'.

    • Important: The system will now show you the Tuesdays that have available sessions. If some Tuesdays don't have availability, you might need to click 'add appointments' to manually select alternative times on those Tuesdays to reach your desired number of sessions.

    Once you have the correct number of sessions selected across the desired Tuesdays, you can click 'continue' and proceed with the booking process.
